About us

The people behind the fix list.

We're a small ecommerce consultancy. We spend our days inside other people's stores, working out where the money goes and putting it back.

Our story

How we got here

Apex Pure was registered in Vilnius in 2026. The work that led to it started earlier and on the other side of the table — building and running online stores rather than advising them.

The same pattern kept turning up. A store would be spending more on ads each quarter and bringing back less, and everyone had a theory. The agency blamed the platform, the platform blamed the theme, and nobody had opened the analytics far enough to notice that most of the people who reached checkout were leaving at the payment step.

It was almost never the ads. It was eleven fields in an address form, a shipping cost that showed up too late to be forgiven, a search box that couldn't find half the catalogue. Unglamorous problems sitting in the gap between the marketing team and the developers, which is exactly why nobody owned them.

So that is what this company does. We find the gaps, put a number on each one, and fix them in the order that pays. We would rather hand you a short list you can act on this month than a long one that reads well.

How we work

Four things we hold to

These aren't slogans — each one changes what we do on a project, and each one occasionally costs us money.

We tell you when it isn't worth it

If an audit won't pay for itself at your size, we say so before you pay for one. Turning down work we can't justify is cheaper than doing it badly.

Every change gets measured

One change at a time, with a clean window either side. Roughly a third of what we ship does nothing — and that stays in the report too.

Your accounts stay yours

Everything runs in your analytics, your store, your ad accounts. Read-only until write access is genuinely needed, and nothing to hand back when we're done.

The fix list is yours to keep

Written so your own developers can act on it without calling us. If they do the work instead, the audit still paid for itself.
